Bola had checked her hormonal profile few months into their marriage, and was shocked over what a doctor told her.

She had noticed that her breast was secreting milk even when she was not breastfeeding or pregnant.

After the profiling, a few drugs were handed to her to address the issue.

1. Healthy Eating

The first thing that must keep a human alive is food and that is the first thing to adjust if there must be an adjustment in the hormones.

There is a small strategy that she applied and it is displayed in simple terms in the plate below.

A research looked at the “Association between female infertility and hormonal imbalance” and showed that there was a “significant positive correlation between the level of Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) and the age of the studied infertile women”.
