Inadequate sleep is one of the causes of this condition. If you would get adequate sleep each day, it will ensure that your nerves are well rested.
According to a 2005 study, there is a substantial relationship between sleep and migraine (1).
Researchers observed that sleep complaints were common and associated with headache in a sizeable proportion of patients.
Over half of migraineurs reported difficulty initiating and maintaining sleep at least occasionally.
Don’t just lay in bed and allow the thoughts in your mind deprive you of sleep.
If you are having regular headache, the first thing you should check is your sleep pattern. Not getting enough sleep will require that you begin to factor sleep into your journey to your workplace in the morning and back home.

According to the study, clinical adverse effects of ginger powder were less than those of sumatriptan.
“Patients’ satisfaction and willingness to continue did not differ.
“The effectiveness of ginger powder in the treatment of common migraine attacks is statistically comparable to sumatriptan. Ginger also poses a better side effect profile than sumatriptan.”(7)
8. Take Alcohol In Moderation
Most importantly, people who take lots of alcohol know the effect it has on them in the morning after.
Hangover comes with headache and this highlights the need to moderate the intake of alcohol.
Basically, to overcome constant headache, one must first find out why the headache is there in the first place.
Knowing the cause and tackling it helps ensure that the root cause is taken out.
