First, spice your chicken and steam it for 5 minutes. Remember to prepare with very little quantity of salt not more than 1 1/2 teaspoon.
While your chicken is cooking, prepare your cucumber for the sauce.
You will need to dice the cucumber, after removing the seeds.
Also cut your tomato. Do not blend it.
Add three tablespoon of your vegetable oil in your pan. Add your sliced onion and allow to steam for few seconds; then add the tomato.
Allow tomato to steam for 5 minutes and then add the spices and bell pepper.
The next thing would be to add your chicken stock and then the chicken. Cover and allow to cook for 4 minutes.
You may not need to add salt again because you had added in the chicken stock.

Allow to steam on low heat for few more minutes and then your meal is ready.
