How To Make Suya Spice

Basically, you have to begin with processing the items that need to be processed into powder form.

1.     Roast The Peanuts

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Spread the peanuts on a baking sheet and roast them in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until they are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them cool.

Also, you can fry your peanuts with a pan with any powder of choice.

2.     Grind The Peanuts

Once the peanuts are cooled, place them in a food processor or a spice grinder and grind them into a fine powder.

You can also use the dry part of your blender if you have it.

3.     Mix The Spices

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground peanuts with all the other spices, including paprika, ginger, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and bouillon powder or home made natural seasoning.

Stir well to combine all the ingredients evenly.

4.    Store The Suya Spice

Transfer the Suya spice blend to an airtight container and store it in a cool, dry place.

It can be stored for up to 3 months.

However, some people add spices that are targeted at enhancing sexual competence.

If you will love to, you can add little beetroot. Note that that could add little re-like colour to your spice.

There are other sexual boosting spice to also try.

How To Use

To use the Suya spice, simply rub it onto your choice of meat, such as beef or chicken, before grilling or roasting. That way, you make the meat absorb the spice and give it an amazing taste.

You can also use it as a seasoning for vegetables, tofu, or other protein sources for a flavourful African twist.

Note: Adjust the amount of cayenne pepper and red pepper flakes to your desired level of spiciness.

You can also adjust the salt and sugar to suit your taste preferences.
