How To Use The Castor Pack For Liver Function
1. Prepare the Castor Oil Pack
Lay out the flannel cloth on a flat surface.
Pour enough castor oil onto the flannel cloth to saturate it, but not to the point of dripping excessively.
Alternatively, you can add a few drops of the castor oil in your palm and apply it on your abdomen – the area described earlier.
Fold the flannel cloth into layers to absorb the castor oil evenly. If you applied the oil on your abdomen directly, this is no longer necessary.
2. Apply The Pack

3. Apply Heat

Leave the pack on for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Relax and breathe deeply during this time.
Note that you could fall asleep because of the soothing relief that it brings. When you are asleep, the pack could fall off except it is strapped. However, before this, you must have achieved your 30 minutes mark.
4. Remove The Pack
Now, if you are still awake and has hit the one-hour mark, carefully remove the castor oil pack.
Store the pack in a sealed container or plastic bag for future use. You can reuse the same pack multiple times, adding more castor oil as needed.
5. Cleanse Your Skin
Wash the skin area with warm water and mild soap to remove any residual castor oil.
