How To Prepare Black Soup

By size, scent leaf should be same size with the garden egg leaf. The largest in size should be your ugwu and your uziza leaf.
Too much of utazi could make your soup too bitter.
Blend these leaves with your blender until they are smooth. Remember to add water while blending.
Add a little amount of water in your pot, then add your meat, fish, stockfisk and other protein.
Afterwards, allow to boil for few minutes. Add your blended vegetables, pepper, ogiri, crayfish and allow to cook for few minutes.
If your soup is not thick, you can thicken with any natural thickener.
Thereafter, allow your sop to boil for few minutes then it is ready.
