In fact, the first time I drank coconut water, I felt really surprised, imagining the kind of deprivation I had gone through.

Every time I come across this delicious fruit water, I wonder where this myth is from.

Against all claims, coconut water is not delicate for a child’s brain?

Really, the water is full of benefits that are great for children and adults.

It is even better for children who are recovering from sickness or physical activity.
