How To Use Abamoda
There are different ways to use this plant.
First, you can pick few leaves (three for four), wash them and chew them in the morning after meal.
Note that taking it before meal could cause some form of discomfort.

Also, you can get between 5 to 7 leaves of Abamoda and squeeze it in clean water, about two cups.
Filter the water out and take half glass of it in the morning.
Store the remaining Abamoda water in a refrigerator.
Also, you can dry or dehydrate the leaf and take it as tea. When you do, add half teaspoon to the Abamoda powder in a glass of hot water. Allow to infuse; then drink.
Furthermore, you can roast the leaf in fire a bit and then take it with honey for treatment of cough.
People also add the stem to alcohol in a bottle and take half shot of the drink once a day for few days. Not more than 7 days.
Note that continuous long term intake of this leaf could raise levels of bad cholesterol in the body (4).
Also, it could trigger weight gain (5).
As a result, studies recommend that you should take it for only a maximum of 7 days.
