Cigarette does not do people who take it any good. It is just their mind that tells them it does. For instance, if a person smokes when he is depressed, the depression does not go away forever.



Instead, the feeling the individual gets is as a result of a hormone trigged by the cigarette. That hormone further leaves the person stressed when the effect dies down.

Cigarette does not add value, but when you stop, you will experience a new life.
