This talk about toxins is increasingly becoming necessary, especially with the amount of chronic diseases we see in humans everyday. If you listen to or watch the NSPPD testimonies you will hear about all manner of diseases, with cancer topping most times. Science has told us that a build up of toxins could trigger cancer. Indeed, every day, humans come in contact with toxins. From the meat they eat to the food items planted with high amount of fertiliser. The chicken is groomed to maturity in less time with artificial feed you could also call fertiliser. All of those come into the food we all eat and when they get to the body, they begin to make the blood excessively acidic and with time, they degrade the immune system, leaving the individual's doors open to all manner of diseases. Ignored Toxins In the midst of these toxins are yet a kind that is as pervasive and influential on your health as other chemicals, even though science is not able to measure it. Toxic thoughts, toxic relationships, anxiety, worry and most of these are by-products of our daily quest to 'make it'. Today, your attention is set up against many assaults that are constant. These keep your mind constantly turned-on all the time. You pick up your phone, there are thousands of messages pouring in. You have hundreds of WhatsApp group messages pouring in. The social media bring in their own contents, making your daily life extremely occupied with thoughts. Again, you are very available for communication since the mobile phone broke the barriers of distance. On top of these, you are busy striving for a great career, relationships, great children, great homes and all. Never has the pressure to succeed been this high in history, yet it is the brain that processes all of these. The Brain Needs Rest The energy to meet these demands going on in the brain keeps it from being available where it is needed in the body. Furthermore, the less time we give to sleep is burdening the brain, stopping it from that cleaning researchers say sleep does to the brain.  Unknowingly, your health depreciates drastically. Over time, something arises that the very religious could describe as an attack - chronic inflammation or a chronic disease.  A good sleep does great good, the same way a good thought strengthens the bones. To avoid these toxins from springing up and push the barriers, make out time to rest and reduce the quest. Also, remember that the race is not to the swift nor to those who have strength. Pray that you may know the time and see the chance made for you by your maker. These ignored toxins -  Toxic thoughts, toxic relationships, anxiety, worry and others - are real. When toxins are high in the body, it becomes weak. When the foundation is weak, what shall the righteous do?
