What Is Normal Penis Size? How To Increase It

Some men look at their penis size and conclude that it is too small to satisfy a woman. Sadly, most of those who have this feeling are not sure of what the size of a normal penis is.

People may have received psychological relief by using these pills and creams, but there is no scientific backing that they work.

That said, we know that vitamin D aids blood flow to the penis and could be beneficial for sexual performance.

However, there is nothing about this vitamin and penis increase.

Exercise

There is a penile exercise that you can engage in if you wish to try and increase your penis.

A popular penis exercise is jelqing. Here, the individual uses his fingers (index and thumb) formed like a ring in the base of the penis. He then slowly tightens the circle until there is gentle pressure on the shaft of the penis.

Then slowly move the circle toward the head of the penis. This movement should take about 3 to 5 seconds.

This is the use of vacuum device to pull the penis and attempt to make it bigger.

Basically, the procedures require consistent application for a long period of time before you see a significant effect.

Surgery For Penis Size Increase

There is a surgical procedure that can increase the size of penis, but there are diverse reports about the result, health implications and others.

According to studies, some surgeries would at best give you 1 centimetre increase.

Before you begin to try to enlarge your penis, speak with your partner to be sure she is not comfortable with the size.
